Giles is a highly experienced Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Adviser, and Commercial Strategist, with a career spanning complex tax planning, business structuring, and cross-border advisory work. His expertise lies in navigating the intersection between commercial strategy and tax efficiency — advising companies, groups, shareholders, and individuals on how best to structure their affairs within UK and international jurisdictions.
He works closely with directors and shareholders to align corporate and personal tax planning, offering strategic guidance on capital tax issues and long-term structuring to support growth, succession, and compliance.
Alexandra Haygarth ACA CTA
Alexandra has worked with Christian Dodd since 2016 and is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Advisor and is a core member of the leadership team.
With experience spanning both industry and practice, Alexandra brings a broad financial perspective to her work, from everyday bookkeeping to complex tax advice. She specialises in personal tax and corporation tax. She has extensive experience ensuring accounts are accurate, compliant, and tailored to each client’s needs.

Throughout his career, Bill has worked closely with established artists and creative professionals, while also dedicating time to mentoring and supporting emerging talent. He is passionate about helping people build self-belief, develop commercial awareness, and grow their ventures with confidence.
Bill is well known for his genuine enthusiasm for his clients and their work. He has a natural focus on the creative energy that drives businesses forward and is deeply committed to helping clients realise their ideas and ambitions.
Over the years, he has successfully supported individuals and companies in developing arts and creative projects for specific markets — often navigating cross-border opportunities and complex international arrangements. Alongside his work as an accountant, Bill has also co-founded and served as a director for several successful businesses outside the accountancy sector.
